Responsibilities
1. Accepting care packages and assigning care workers to service users appropriately.
2. Producing care workers' rotas.
3. Ensuring that service user care plans and care worker files are complete.
4. Using electronic monitoring software to monitor care workers' attendance and visit timeliness.
5. Arranging care reviews and risk assessments for service users with the field supervisor.
6. Conducting telephone monitoring and service user visits and ensuring service quality.
7. Liaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
8. Supporting the HR Team in recruiting care workers.
9. Managing care workers and conducting care worker supervision.
10. Representing the company during meetings with officials and service commissioners.
11. Attending training events and ensuring that skills and knowledge of industry best practices are kept up-to-date.
12. Ensuring that our service complies with CQC requirements.
13. Ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.

Essential Skills and Experience
1. At least one year's experience as the Care Coordinator of a domiciliary care company/agency.
2. Obtained Level 2 Diploma for Health and Social Care (QCF).
Desirable Skills and Experience
1. Familiarity with Carer Planer or other relevant software.
2. Previous experience as a care worker.
