Job Description
3. Manage HR documents (employment records, onboarding guides) and input accurate data into digital databases.
4. Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and liaising with potential candidates.
5. Support the payroll process and resolve any pay-related queries.
6. Organise staff training and development initiatives.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
8. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
9. Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like the collection of employee feedback.
10. Support other assigned functions as necessary in the HR department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
11. CIPD level 3 qualified or studying towards
12. Previous experience within a HR department
13. Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software
14. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
15. Excellent communication skills.
16. A solid understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
17. Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
