Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Receptionist for our corporate client in Winnersh.
Start Date: 10th December
Working days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension
Pay rate: £12ph
Hours: 8:30-5
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
2. Answering phone calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls to the appropriate recipients
3. Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
4. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
5. Providing general assistance and information to clients and visitors
6. General administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have/be:
7. Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
11. A friendly and approachable attitude
