We are looking to recruit a Technical Project Manager on a 12 month contract based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

Purpose of the Role
KBR’s Estates Intelligence division specialise in enabling clients to make informed decisions about the operational and strategic management of their estates and asset portfolios, including the external supply chain retained to deliver asset management and maintenance services. Estates Intelligence teams utilise the ‘6 As’ Methodology to deliver business benefit by deploying their ‘Viaverse’ platform to enable each A – aggregation of data, automation of transactional processing and operational data flows, assurance of process and data integrity to promote sanctity of management information, audit of processing and data to better refine business outcomes, analytics to offer management information and insight, all to enable enhanced asset management across client’s portfolio.
KBR’s latest Viaverse was deployed for the Department of Work & Pensions Estates (DWP-E) to deliver the ‘Integrator2’ platform in May 2022. This platform acts as the ‘single source of truth’ for DWP Estates teams in ensuring consistent, performant and efficient lifecycle management of assets across their public-facing and back-office sites. The platform manages real time transactional flows to DWP Estates supply chain partners and delivers reliable management information and insight to DWP Estate stakeholders.
Responsibilities
4. Take ownership of detailed plan and be responsible for ensuring the critical paths of all six projects have integrity, tasks are resourced adequately with realistic effort provisions, internal and external dependencies are clearly defined and managed, critical milestones are clearly defined and met.
5. Ownership of management of the detailed plan – this will include but not be limited to detailed planning and re-planning of all WBS/PBS elements, smoothing and float management, deconfliction, critical path burn-down and reporting, task progress updating and reporting.
6. Responsible for ensuring all Products defined in the plan are managed per the configuration management and change management processes,
7. Lead all internal standups, sprint ceremonies and checkpoints required to ensure plan remains on critical path.
8. Ensure the KANBAN boards are being used correct by all task-based resources to ensure standups are efficient and effective.
9. Responsible for all internal progress reporting and input on any agreed external progress reporting the Senior Transition Manager deems required.
10. Overall responsibility for RAID log, including capture, update and any governance required to manage, maintain and report.
11. Assist Senior Transition Lead in Quality Gateway management, Inc. gateway assessments, governance meetings, assessment issue and mitigations.
12. Assist the Programme Director in Programme-level planning, reporting or governance.
13. Manage the Project Coordinator in the delivery of their responsibilities, majority of which will be in support of Technical PM/
14. Be key point of contact for Project Managers in supplier mobilisation teams and build delivery relationships to ensure mutual critical milestones are met.
15. Impact assess change as required using modelling to forecast impacts to plan.
16. Ensure cohesion with supplier mobilisation plans and key delivery milestones ensuring alignment of the KBR and Supplier plans where applicable.
17. Ensure all documentation is stored and updated in the master document register as required.
18. Provide frequent communications and correspondence with internal team, external suppliers, client and support the progress of the overall plan.
19. Be responsible for the overall management of the project change process
