Job Description
The Bosch JL/SOE team is globally responsible for managing all aspects of the business and relationship be-tween Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) and Bosch. The aim is to maintain and develop a common platform between Bosch divisions and JLR which is both customer focused and aligned with Bosch processes.
The responsibility of the Commercial and Customer Requirements intern is to coordinate and align the customer requirements of Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) across the Bosch Mobility divisions. The role is responsible for the management and administration of customer portals and also supports account activity with matters of strate-gic and commercial relevance to Bosch and JLR.
The role is part of an international network of Bosch central and divisional sales teams, technical & legal experts and corresponding functions within JLR.
Purpose of the Role and responsibilities:
1. To coordinate JLR customer requirements (commercial, process requirements)
2. Coordinating the official corporate response to the customer, dealing with questions from Bosch employees and JLR on the evaluation status of requirements.
3. Evaluating JLR requirements, identifying and liaising with the appropriate Bosch expert to evaluate them using the Bosch Customer Requirements Server (CRS).
4. To maintain the JL/SOI sales portal and coordinate access to JLR online portals.
5. To coordinate the generation and collation of various strategic planning and review documents.
6. To coordinate the preparation for customer strategy meetings.
7. To coordinate the review and approval of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for JLR projects.
8. To support the Sales Director (JL/SOE) with various management support and central sales tasks, dealing with cross divisional management.

17. Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc )
Additional Information
This is a 12-month internship beginning in June or July 2025. This position is open to undergraduates or Masters students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.

Location: you will be based at the BWTC, Coventry site.
Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.
