Hours – 30 - 35 hours per week (Flexible with start and finish times) – Must work 5 days per week

Our client is looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis in Bridgend.

Essential
•Accounts experience
•Bookkeeping experience is preferred.
•Excellent attention to detail.
•Confident telephone manner
•Excellent Excel skills
Responsibilities
* Sales ledger management.
* Posting and allocating cash received.
* Raising invoices and credit notes.
* Journal entries.
* Resolving queries.
* Maintaining cash received spreadsheets.
* Month end reconciliations and month end procedure.
* Reviewing procedures and utilising systems reports to improve efficiency.
* Collection of debts via telephone, email and letter.
* Liaison with Managing Director, branch managers.
* Corresponding with Insurers and solicitors as and if required.
