Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding service experience to all stakeholders.
* Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors at the centre.
* Proactively seek feedback and resolve customer queries at first touch.
* Manage centre standards to the highest level.
* Conduct pre-event inspections of all meeting rooms and show offices.
Health & Safety:
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and processes.
* Complete all auditor checks and resolve issues within acceptable time frames.
* Manage the accident book and report all incidents, accidents, and near misses.
* Review and update emergency evacuation procedures.
* Monitor contractors to ensure their working practices align with policies.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Positive, pleasant, and professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
* Experience in hospitality and handling customer service requests.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
