Job Purpose: As a Delivery Owner within the Integration Team, you will be responsible for leading, managing and delivering integration projects/streams across CCEP. As part of the delivery, you will be working with multiple stakeholders and contribute to translating complex business requirements into innovative integration solutions, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing our technical/business processes. Additionally, this position owns the responsibility of improving the platforms, tuning the performance, resolving any bottlenecks, and identifying possible IT integration synergies and enhancements between the business functions. Main Responsibilities: Delivery and management of projects in time, budget and quality according to the requirements and specifications Contribute to design, development and deployment of innovative integration services in the scope of the projects to support the CCEP businesses, using best practices and approaches and collaborating with business stakeholders and other IT team members and external partners to recommend data exchange standards and solutions ensuring best integration quality Document internal procedures and projects Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate project delivery challenges Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction Lead, manage and mentor the resources assigned to the projects. The resources (internal or external) will depend on the number of active projects and outsourcing level of technical works, ensuring they meet company policy, standards and procedures and reviewing their performance to comply SLA. Provide leadership, motivation and coaching to directs concerning technical skills, project management capabilities and soft-skills Foster strong relationships with business partners and vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and data exchange Reporting, communication and presentation of projects and their status to IT and executive leadership team. Maintain and develop knowledge of current and emerging technologies, analysing them and assessing their relevance and potential value to the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field English proficiency (must) Desirable management development seminar and additional trainings that enable teamwork and leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years overall in IT systems integration, design, development, deployment experience Experience in implementing SAP integration solutions using SAP data integration tools (Datasphere, SAP DS, CI-DS, SLT) preferred Project management experience Demonstrated experience in leading teams of technically oriented staff Consistent customer / service management orientation Experience in multiple implementations of projects, including integration of SAP and non-SAP applications in different scenarios using varied communications protocols, with a track record of successful implementations Good analytical and planning skills combined with independent, goal- and process-oriented way of working Experience in the consumer product market, beverage industry or logistics an advantage Experience in international environments Technical Skills: Good knowledge of data integration concepts/patterns, skilled in designing, optimizing and troubleshooting complex ETL workflows to ensure data integrity and high performance.
