Our client, due to continued business growth, is seeking to appoint an experienced Admin Assistant to its existing team.
Duties for the Admin Assistant:
* processing invoices
* inputting invoices
* statement reconciliation
* resolving invoice queries
* Bank reconciliation
* assisting Accounts Payable and Receivable
* ad hoc duties as required
* preparing reports
Experience for the Admin Assistant:
* previous experience in a finance environment
* experience of liaising with HMRC
* knowledge of accounting software including Sage, Xero or Quickbooks
* attention to detail
* excellent communication skills
