Head of Operations – Supported Living Location: Pinner Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per year Contract: Full-time Join a dynamic and growing organization as the Head of Operations in supported living, where you'll oversee day-to-day operations, drive strategic goals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to service users. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor Registered Managers and the Office Manager, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory standards while promoting best practices. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce. Manage operational processes, including referrals, service user transitions, and safeguarding. Drive business growth by securing new clients and enhancing profitability. Maintain high-quality environments across supported living settings, ensuring safety and well-being. Collaborate with stakeholders, including families, commissioning authorities, and healthcare professionals. What We’re Looking For: NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification. Proven management experience in supported living, preferably with learning disabilities or complex care. Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide teams.
