Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic team and play a vital role in supporting primary children at Ardleigh Green Junior School in Hornchurch. Requirements:
6. An up to date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.
7. Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
8. Ability to adapt or modify interactions to meet pupil needs.
9. Ability to summarise and present information from observations of pupil performance.
10. Effective time management, planning and collaboration.
11. Ability to provide a structured activity within a group setting.

Role & Responsibilities:
12. Plan, organise and manage activities and tasks, which reflect specific curriculum expertise, knowledge and understanding.
13. Manage groups or individuals from a class without the presence of the class teacher.
14. Flexible to work well as part of a team.
15. Provide regular progress updates to the class teacher and maintain records.
16. Passionate about supporting all groups of children in order to enhance the quality of their learning and raise pupil achievement.
