The role
A career in the Global Chief Data Office will provide you with the opportunity to support service, sector and market leaders deliver the unique PwC client experience to clients. Our team focuses on representing data as a strategic business asset. You’ll manage data and information across PwC to drive change and improvements in data related operations to help enable the business as well as provide valuable insights
What your days will look like:
A day in the life would be talking to multiple application teams to guide them on their integration journeys. Assisting with any questions or concerns along the way, documenting their progress and raising any escalations as they may arise. Connecting with the Operations and Product teams to ensure we are all aligned while always looking for ways to improve the process.
1. Work with internal application owners to integrate their systems with our Reference Data systems.
2. Monitor data submissions made by territories and assist with the resolution of upload errors.
3. Populate territory scorecards and dashboards with progress and raise escalations.
4. Work with the Operations team to schedule and handover onboarded territories to BAU.
This role is for you if:
5. Translate the results of detailed data analysis and comparison queries to deliver detailed next steps to the customer.
6. Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and automation.
7. Create, understand and run advanced queries using Excel formulas, Alteryx and SQL.
8. Are able to communicate clearly across teams and territories.
9. Able to learn new concepts quickly and able to demonstrate effective logical and lateral problem solving skills.
10. Highly motivated with the ability to work under own initiative.
