As Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the project (mechanical, electrical, structural and other subcontract works) to specification, programme and budget from conception through to client acceptance, and have the ability to communicate contractual changes to clients and management. You will resolve internal or external contract-related issues, and partner with a variety of business support functions, including customer care. You will need to have an excellent understanding of Fundamental Engineering practices to enable Projects to be developed in line with best engineering practice.
The successful candidate will need to display the desire, drive, and determination to perform as part of a team. You will be given responsibility requiring you to organise your workload and be proactive. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exceptional experience.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
1. Proven experience in contract management
2. Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to build effective working relationships
3. Strong office and project management skills
4. IT knowledge, including Microsoft 365 Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects
5. Excellent communication skills and time management skills
6. Takes pride in their work and adopts a positive attitude to work
7. Ability to work in a small, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment
