Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support and guidance across the practice.
* Build effective relationships at all levels, collaborating with the Board on strategic HR initiatives.
* Manage employee relations and serve as the first point of contact for HR queries.
* Ensure compliance with employment regulations and develop new employment policies.
* Oversee HR administration, recruitment processes, and performance reviews.
* Develop and implement talent management and training plans.
Skills Required:
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, including reward and recognition, welfare, and learning and development.
* Excellent understanding of employment regulations.
* Proactive and hands-on approach with strong communication skills.
* Experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable.
