We are looking for Money Advice Partners to take on this exciting new role here at settle. The role will deliver excellent customer service to all internal and external customers by being the first point of contact for all welfare benefits and debt matters.
Requirements
Outline of Key Responsibilities...
1. Offer residents practical help with basic budget advice, benefit entitlement, rent payment, getting back into work and opportunities to save money and maximise income
2. Offer practical help with debt during times of financial difficulties, looking at sustainable debt solutions that would enable residents to sustain their tenancy.
3. Assist with applications for benefits or Discretionary Housing Payments, where necessary and advise on accessing other support services.
