Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Senior Specialist for the Customer Service team at a pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Greek and have a knack for problem-solving. This role involves interacting with customers, processing orders, handling billing and account inquiries, and resolving customer issues. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Global Distribution Practices (GDP) and supporting data analysis and preparation.
Receive and process customer orders, validating them and entering them into the SAP system.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax, recording interactions in the CRM system.
Inform customers about any quality issues related to products, recalls, or hold situations.
Understand business logistics and handle customer complaints.
Support the customer qualification process through direct interaction with the customer.
Business fluency in Greek.
Experience in customer service and logistics is beneficial.
Proficiency in using SAP (SD module) and other Customer Service applications.
Advanced knowledge and use of Office productivity tools.
