Salary: £50K - £60K DOE + Exceptional Bonus Scheme
Are you an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Manager ready for your next exciting challenge? We are looking for an outstanding leader to manage our clients 50-bedded nursing home, ensuring exceptional standards of care and compliance, while fostering a warm and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike.
About the Role:
As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, overseeing clinical and non-clinical teams, and ensuring the highest levels of care are delivered. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to meet performance and regulatory standards while creating a positive, person-centred culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and inspire a skilled team to deliver excellence in care.
Oversee all operational aspects of the home, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient resource management.
Engage with residents, families, and the community to uphold the home’s reputation as a trusted care provider.
Drive continuous improvement, using your experience to implement best practices and maintain outstanding ratings.
Ensure the financial performance of the home meets expectations, without compromising on quality.
About You
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
Proven experience managing nursing homes with 50+ beds or larger.
A minimum of NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
A deep understanding of regulatory requirements and an unshakeable commitment to high-quality care.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A proactive, solution-focused attitude, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
