Our success is derived from the passion our people have for animals and for making pets a priority, it's what is at the heart of our work, every day.We have a fantastic opportunity for a Vet who has the passion to lead, mentor and support a team and has an interest in managing the day to day running of a practice.The Role: We are looking for someone who works to excellent clinical standards, is enthusiastic and passionate about veterinary medicine and will drive the practice forward both clinically and commercially. You will be an excellent communicator that can dynamically lead a clinical team, whilst being instrumental in strategically planning, facilitating, and delivering regulatory compliance across all practices.Hours: This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days. We are very flexible and understand the importance of a work life balance; therefore, we can discuss part time/ flexible working applications.About the practice: Champion Veterinary Group have practices based in East Kilbride and Ibrox. We are a very nice, experienced, and supporting team, with a certificate holder in ophthalmology and 2 vets working towards cardiology and imaging certificates. We are equipped with high spec tools, brand new laparoscopy kit (if you have a keen interest - we would love to hear from you!), lab kit and our new dental radiography machine coming soon! As a practice, we have a very collaborative approach with a lot of case discussion and skill sharing between colleagues.Rewarding our people: Salary dependent on experience.
