THE ROLE
You will play a key role in providing flexible housing-related support to enable service users to develop essential life skills and transition into independent accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and allocate housing for new tenants following procedures.
Provide tenants with advice and information to help them maintain their tenancy.
Conduct room checks and follow housekeeping procedures to minimize vacancies.
Ensure tenancies are upheld and support residents in meeting their obligations.
Conduct risk assessments and coordinate with external agencies when needed.
Encourage resident participation and provide advice on decision-making.
Perform health and safety checks and manage building facilities.
THE CANDIDATE
We are seeking individuals with the right attitude and transferable skills to make a real impact in this role. Previous experience in a similar sector is not essential, but you should have the following:
