Are you looking for your next Reward role? Prestigious UK retailer are looking for a Reward Analyst to support the Head of Reward including salary benchmarking, salary reviews and job evaluation. This position offers an excellent chance for an individual with comprehensive expertise in Reward, robust analytical abilities and career progression to senior reward positions.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks including proficiency with modelling and data analysis with the ability to present insightful recommendations on what the data shows. You’ll have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Integrity and discretion are essential, as you’ll be handling sensitive data related to employee compensation.
Experience you will bring:
Ideally 2 years’ experience in a Reward / Compensation & Benefits role
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical background
University degree or equivalent
Experience working on projects around creating career pathways, creating banding structures for job families (ideal, not essential)
