About the Role
This Financial Services organisation are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join the team on a short-term basis to provide critical support during a transitional period. This role will focus on managing a high-volume Employee Relations (ER) caseload with minimal supervision, making it ideal for someone who is confident, independent, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independently manage a heavy ER caseload, including disciplinary actions, grievance hearings, and flexible working requests.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on company policies, processes, and employment legislation.
* Collaborate with operational teams to address and resolve HR issues effectively.
* Support the team during an office relocation process, ensuring seamless HR operations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor or Business Partner role, with strong expertise in Employee Relations.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high professional standards.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Comfortable with a hybrid working model (remote in December and in-office 3 days/week from January).
* Adaptability to navigate through organizational transitions and office relocations.
