As an integral part of the Quarry Kitchen team, you will take ownership of critical HR functions, including ER case management and day-to-day HR operations. This is a pivotal role where you will actively contribute to building a business that people love to workwhilst supporting delivery of our broaderPeople strategy.
Main Responsibilities
1. Lead Employee Relations (ER): Take a lead role in managing complex ER cases, including grievance and disciplinary procedures, absence management, conflict resolution, and performance management. Serve as the primary point of contact for team members and managers on ER issues, offering expert advice & guidance and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law. Contribute to improving manager capability across all all ER areas.
2. PeopleOperations: Support delivery of efficient daily People operations and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our B-Corp Certified, values driven People practices.
