Our client, located in Chelmsford, is on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their sales team.
Successful applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience within an office-based customer service role and have experience of dealing with customers over the phone, providing an exceptional service.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Responding promptly and assisting with customer queries via email, phone and live chat.
* Processing orders
* Set up and verification of new customer accounts
* Greeting visitors
* Maintaining customer database
* Recording details of enquiries
* Communicating with internal departments
* General office admin duties
Your Background:
* Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience.
* Experience within the Manufacturing industry is beneficial.
* Excellent customer service.
* Handling and resolving problems or experience scheduling.
* Able to multi-task and prioritise.
* Able to deal calmly and effectively with customers and bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
