They are looking for an experienced and energetic Training Consultant to join the Sales Operations, Membership Training Team at their iconic Bradley Stoke office in Bristol.
The role: As a Membership Trainer, you’ll play a key role in the success of our teams by delivering thorough training and coaching. You’ll provide comprehensive support, guiding colleagues through new processes, tools, and procedures. Whether it’s implementing new packages or introducing innovative coaching techniques, you’ll ensure our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for acting a as a role model for RAC, displaying best practice in terms of performance and behaviours.
What you’ll do…
6. Deliver engaging classroom-based and virtual training sessions for both new and existing colleagues, ensuring that the learning is interactive, practical, and results-driven.
7. Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to colleagues, creating an environment of continuous learning and personal growth.
8. Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs and design learning solutions that drive performance and meet regulatory requirements.
9. Lead by example, acting as a role model for RAC, and demonstrating best practices in performance and behaviours.
10. Use a range of coaching and instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles and maximise the impact of training sessions.
11. Build strong cross-functional relationships, ensuring a seamless transition from training to real-world application for all colleagues.
12. Keep all training materials up to date with the latest industry standards and regulations, ensuring full compliance and relevance.
The candidate:
What you’ll need…
13. CIPD / TAP Qualified (or working towards it) – a commitment to professional growth is key to success in this role.
14. Experience in delivering both classroom-based and virtual training within a sales-regulated environment.
15. A passion for coaching and developing others – you thrive on seeing people grow and succeed.
16. A positive, solution-focused attitude that brings energy and enthusiasm to every project.
17. Strong organisational and time-management skills, ensuring you meet deadlines and keep everything running smoothly.
