About you
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of analytical services that support the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry across all phases of product development and commercialisation. These services will be delivered from one of our Centre of Excellences within the UK which includes specialised inhaled and nasal product development and manufacture with associated analytical testing as well as the design and delivery of analytical solutions to support the characterisation and quality control (including stability assessment) of biological, DNA/RNA, cell & gene or vaccine-based therapeutics.
Required skills and experience:
* Experience of analytical services within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Excellent presentation skills and willingness to learn sales skills.
* Happy to travel as required to meet clients or attend industry events.
* Energetic, self-motivated and happy to work autonomously prioritising your own workload.
* Ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
* Good IT literacy.
* Some experience of working in a sales role would be beneficial.
