All about the role
The Lead Art Director should have a deep understanding and practical experience directing both on set and in their day to day BAU work. You should feel comfortable working on multiple projects at any given time and be able to deal with the relevant collaborators to deliver projects and campaigns to the highest standards. You should be an excellent communicator, collaborator and have great organisational skills to ensure you meet deadlines. Whilst the role is based in London, you will play a key role and work closely in the Global Creative Studio who are located in Amsterdam, Wrocław and London.

* Interpret strategic briefing documents to deliver creative solutions that answer the business need
* Develop ideas and pitch concepts to senior stakeholders
* Initiate collaboration with teams across the global organisation
* Have a keen awareness of contemporary culture and the ability to create innovative creative concepts that relate to the audience
* Experience managing a team, helping to organise the workload of your team as well as you own
* The ability to confidently and effectively direct shoots (both stills and video)
* Have a clear understanding and have put in practice the entire creative process from pre to post production, ensuring that budgets are adhered to
* Understand and push our creative guidelines to ensure a consistent look and feel across the brand
* Support and develop members in the Global Creative Studio
What will you bring to the table?
Here are the skills and experience we need from you:
Accomplished in the Adobe Creative Suite
* Previous experience working either in-house or in a creative agency
* Have experience directing both sills and moving image shoots
* Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
* A sharp eye for detail and passion for delivering creative which raises the bar
* Your portfolio should demonstrate conceptual thinking and show examples of ideas that communicate an effective creative solution that challenge and push
