National Sales Manager | Southampton with national travel to Belfast, Oxford and Cardiff Base salary of £50k + commission + car allowance £90k OTE

As a National Sales Manager, you will manage your own sales pipeline while working closely with local branches to identify and convert large prospective clients. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand Brook Street’s customer base and solidify its presence
Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in Brook Street commercial Operations
Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations during the Sales pursuit
Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to convert new clients
Providing monthly reports of sales pipeline and success – we share all updates with Heads of regions on a weekly basis
Sharing of Sales leads and providing visibility all new volume opportunities to Operational Stakeholders
Collaborate with local branches and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a national sales management role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business
Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
Ability to analyse sales data and market trends
Willing to travel frequently.
