In this key role for the business, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of credit control / collections and Accounts Receivable management. The role of Credit Controller will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
1. Actively manage credit to minimise risk
2. Offer recommendations for reviewing customer credit limits and setting aside sales reserves/bad debt provisions
3. Reach out to customers via phone, email, or other approved methods to ensure timely payments
4. Generate account statements
5. Work closely with team members to optimise the collection process in alignment with company goals
6. Provide high-quality customer support for credit and collection matters
7. Escalate recurring delinquent accounts as required by company policy
8. Identify and address factors contributing to payment delays
