Our client currently has an excellent opportunity for an Office Manager/Administrator to join their Inverness Office on a part time basis for approximately 16 hours per week with a degree of flexibility to suit.
This role would suit an experienced individual, seeking to utilise administrative skills in a creative environment. If you love the idea of flexible working in a role with variety, then this opportunity may well be for you.
Duties include:
1. Organising meetings, assisting with project tasks, as well as financial management duties and carrying out monthly financial tasks, reporting to the Company Directors.
2. Receive / handle calls and email communications.
3. Responsible for the day-to-day financial matters including timesheet records and fees, taxation, liaison with the company accountant and the bank, timeous payment of taxes to HMRC and reporting all matters regularly to directors.
