What You'll Do
* Answer customer questions via phone and email promptly and professionally.
* Handle complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Guide customers on how to use our products/services and provide helpful tips.
* Work with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
