Overview:
The Account Manager will work within the Global Performance Account Management team leading campaign creation for Digital Marketing which focuses predominantly on Paid Social and Display. The role requires the management of campaigns from briefing to delivery in an efficient way for all Jaguar Land Rover brands. You will be an accomplished Account Manager who can confidently manage the client relationship and own delivery of fast-paced campaigns with oversight from an Account Director, working closely with Project Management, Creative & Production teams.
Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Account Director and Account Lead to interrogate client briefs and develop into strategically informed creative briefs.
* Guiding the creative process including briefings, reviews and approvals with a keen sense for strong performance / digital creative.
* Managing fast-paced campaigns and providing accountability on progress to stakeholders.
* Owning the client relationship for your projects keeping all stakeholders informed through verbal and written communications including Status Reports/Meetings and Contact Reports.
* Preparing presentations and leading project meetings with clients.
* Engaging with internal Accenture stakeholders across the business and keeping relevant parties informed.
* Contributing to continued process improvement to ensure successful delivery against SLA with the client.
Person Specification
Experience/Skills:
* Demonstrate sound working knowledge/experience of all aspects of the marketing mix.
* Innovative and strategic approach to problem-solving.
* Show passion about the industry, with ability to judge client briefs and creative work against defined strategy and propositions.
* An innate ability to develop strong, trusted relationships with our Clients.
* Flair for multi-tasking and handling a high volume of work efficiently and accurately.
* Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and exceptionally organised.
* Understanding of what constitutes good account management.
* Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
* Proficient using Adobe software, and Office 365 including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for Mac.
* Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media or Performance Marketing preferred.
