YOUR ROLE
Within our ADM practice we require a senior ADM practitioner to support both the development of new large scale ADM opportunities in the market and the delivery of our ADM client engagements. Requires 50% travel to Europe countries and French speaking is mandatory.
The individual will have a strong background in both sales and delivery and have a demonstrable track record of designing innovative ADM solutions across the UK Insurance and broader financial services market. Versed in the latest thinking regarding automation (including GenAI), operating model transformation (including product centric integrated AM/AD), the candidate will be able to quickly establish credible relationships with Cx level client stakeholders.
The individual will need experience of both selling and delivering large scale ADM engagements, including but not limited to, vendor consolidation and ideally, BOT “Build-Operate-Transfer” type solutions.
Although primarily a delivery role, the successful candidate will be expected to spend upto 50% of their time developing new client opportunities proactively as well as leading responses to client RFI and RFP’s.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design:
* Analyze client requirements, existing technology landscape, and business goals.
* Design end-to-end ADM solutions, including technology stacks, methodologies, and maintenance strategies.
* Ensure solutions align with industry best practices, emerging trends, and the client’s strategic goals.
* Develop robust business cases to demonstrate cost savings and quality improvements that we will deliver
Proposal Development:
* Lead the preparation of RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) responses.
* Collaborate with sales, delivery, and domain experts to create compelling technical and financial proposals.
* Articulate value propositions, key differentiators, and ROI to clients.
* Provide input to and challenge the Capgemini estimating and pricing team
* Create innovative commercial propositions that tie commitments to financial skin in the game
Client Engagement:
* Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and showcase solutions.
* Build strong client relationships to understand their business challenges and priorities.
* Address technical and commercial queries during pre-sales discussions.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
* Work closely with sales and account management teams to align solution strategies with client needs.
* Coordinate with delivery teams to validate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
* Partner with marketing teams to develop case studies, demos, and other collateral.
Delivery Engagement
* Take overall delivery accountability for the service and be the single owner in the eyes of the client
* Represent the wider Capgemini organisation in terms of delivery capability
* Identify and follow through on areas of continuous improvement to increase client value and fidelity
* Bring innovation and thought leadership to expand the service footprint through additional add-on sales
* Manage a large highly distributed team providing application development and support services
Market and Technology Expertise:
* Stay updated on the latest trends in application development, agile methodologies, DevOps, and emerging technologies like AI/ML.
* Understand competitive offerings and leverage that knowledge to strengthen proposals.
Governance and Risk Management:
* Identify potential risks in the proposed solutions and develop mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with client standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
YOUR PROFILE
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills blended with high EQ
* Strong understanding of application development lifecycle, maintenance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
* Experience in Transition management and implications of a TUPE transfer component
* Builds robust internal networks - given the complexity of our organisation, an ability to quickly understand and thrive in such a highly networked culture will be essential
* Ability to analyze complex client needs and translate them into innovative solutions.
* Familiarity with ITIL frameworks for service delivery and management.
* Proficiency in tools for cost estimation, solution modeling, and presentation (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
Educational Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
* Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, ITIL, Agile methodologies) are a plus.
Experience:
* 8-12 years of experience in IT services, with at least 3-5 years in a pre-sales or solution design role for ADM services.
* Proven track record of successfully crafting and winning ADM deals in a competitive landscape.
