Facilities Manager / General Manager (Catering and Soft Services)
Job Introduction
Sodexo delivers a wide range of Catering and Food services to meet the unique and varied needs of the whole force.
We are now seeking an organised and conscientious General Manager to oversee the operational running of multiple soft service functions in Buckinghamshire.
With extensive experience in soft facilities management particularly high-volume contract catering and ideally some knowledge of the military, you will be enthusiastic, highly organised and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
Directly managing four heads of department but overseeing a large team of 60 colleagues we are looking for someone that can positively engage, empower, influence and lead by example with credibility and passion.
You will have accountability for the following:
* Stakeholder management (including excellent client and customer collaboration)
* Health and safety/food safety (including risk assessments and allergen checks)
* Leadership
* Financial performance of the site
Though this role will predominantly be Monday to Friday there is an expectation to be flexible to work occasional weekends and evenings as and when necessary to meet business needs.
You will need to have a full UK driving licence as you will be expected to travel across to various military sites as well as regional travel across the UK.

Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 per annum plus up to 10% annual performance related bonus.
