About the Role.
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave and support PA Media Assignments and PA Media Academy during a busy period.
You'll join a dynamic and close-knit marketing team and collaborate with external agencies. Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you'll have full responsibility for our marketing strategy, enabling swift decision-making and visible results.
Key Responsibilities.
1. Marketing Strategy: Evaluate and refine our marketing approach for measurable growth.
2. Content and Thought Leadership: Implement lead generation techniques across digital channels.
3. Digital Tools Utilisation: Leverage analytics, search, and other digital media tools.
4. Platform Management: Use CMS, B2B social media platforms, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Pardot proficiently.
5. Organisation and Adaptation: Prioritise tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment.
6. Supplier Management: Manage 3rd party suppliers effectively.
About you.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
7. Proven marketing experience in a B2B environment.
8. Expertise in digital marketing strategies and techniques.
9. Experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
10. Knowledge of modern marketing methodologies and marketing automation technology.
11. A KPI-focused mindset with strong project management skills.
12. Proficiency in CMS, social media platforms, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Pardot.
13. Strong organisational and IT skills.
