IRecruitment LTD is looking for a business manager to join our care team. This role will be responsible for the recruitment of new employees and bringing new clients on board. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet the company's needs. You will also help identify talent and conduct interviews.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the staffing industry and be well-versed in the recruiting process. They should be customer-focused, organized, and have great communication skills. The goal is to find and hire quality candidates so that we can provide our clients with the best services possible.
Responsibilities:
1. Source, screen, interview, and record new employees
2. Follow all recruitment strategies including ad hoc projects as needed (e.g., conducting phone calls throughout the day to find new candidates).
3. Provide reports on sales related activities
4. Cold call to prospect clients
5. Building on current relationships with clients
6. Ensuring that all policies and processes are adhered to
We are a small team who are looking for someone to join us to assist with moving the business to the next level. This position would suit someone who has worked in the care industry before and has a knowledge of care recruitment.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
