Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to clients with a variety of needs including Learning Disabilities
* Work flexibly on a rota including some weekends and evenings
* Work alongside our clients assisting with budgeting monies and assist with household bills
* Administration of prescribed Medication
* In some cases,assist withmeal preparation
* Assist with all daily living tasks
* Access activities within the Local Community
* Provide a Person Centred approach following detailed Care Plans
* Previous experience in a similar roleis preferred but not essential
