Location: Crediton, with operations across four Forest School sites in Devon

Salary: £90.00 - £100.00 per day
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Outdoor Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Crediton. This full-time, temp-to-perm role involves working closely with teaching personnel to support learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs across four Forest School sites in Devon. You will play a crucial role in providing an engaging and supportive outdoor learning experience for students, helping them thrive in a natural and therapeutic environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience working with children or young people with ASD and SEMH needs.
* Knowledge of Forest School principles and outdoor education practices.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of individual students and provide tailored support.
* Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Relevant qualifications or training in SEN, outdoor education, or related fields are desirable.
Additional Information:
* This role involves travel between the four Forest School sites in Devon.
* A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential.
* An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
