Religious Education (RE) Teacher with QTS - Manchester
Aspire People are seeking a passionate and committed Religious Education (RE) Teacher to join their vibrant secondary school in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to start in January 2025, and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
This is a full time role on a long term basis and for the right candidate could become a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach Religious Education (RE) across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS3 & KS4) in line with the National Curriculum.
* Plan and deliver innovative and engaging lessons that meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
* Foster a learning environment that is inclusive, supportive, and encouraging, ensuring all students make good progress.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain and excel the high standards of teaching and learning across the school.
What Aspire People are Looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Religious Education at KS3 & KS4.
* Excellent subject knowledge and a deep understanding of the National Curriculum up to and including KS4.
* A passion for teaching and the ability to deliver inspiring and engaging lessons.
* A commitment to being part of a strong, supportive team dedicated to high-quality teaching.
* High expectations for all students, with a drive to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
Additional Information:
All candidates registering with Aspire People will undergo a reference check covering the past two years and must complete an enhanced DBS check, including enrolment in the update service.
