Qualified Accountant (Audit & Accounts Senior)

A fast-growing and forward-moving accountancy practice based in Brighton is searching for an Audit Senior / Accounts Senior to join their firm, as a key addition with increasing responsibility and career development on offer, as part of this successful team.

Audit Senior Main Tasks:
1. Plan audit assignments with the Audit Manager
2. Act as a Lead Auditor on a variety of audit clients
3. Plan audit approach and design testing methods
4. Finalise the audit file for Manager and Partner review
5. Take charge of job budgets
6. Support and train team members
Requirements
Audit Senior Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
1. Minimum of 2 years experience in practice
2. ACCA or ACA qualified
3. Previous experience of a minimum of 70% audit-based role
4. Excellent team player
5. Experience in taking the lead on previous audits.
6. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
7. Experience using Xero and Digital Software desired but not essential
Benefits
