We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Chef to join our team at Lower Dicker. As the sole Chef, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, including overseeing food preparation, ordering, and stock control. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a collaborative approach, working closely with the Catering Manager and Front of House Supervisors.
Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, five days a week, with occasional weekends off, depending on the needs of the business.
