We are currently re-structuring our After Sales Department and are now offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Advisor.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring that we always provide the highest level of after sales customer care and satisfaction, giving the customer the best possible experience.
2. Talk and listen to customers to build rapport and understand their service/repair requirements.
3. Use a good understanding of the customer’s needs to guide them towards the product/service that will best meet their needs.
4. Provide accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, ensuring that the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved and setting expectations accordingly.
5. Schedule work to meet customer requirements, considering workshop utilisation targets, job complexity and parts availability.
6. Encourage the sale of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible, acting on opportunities to sell additional products/services and market current promotions.
7. Work with colleagues and other teams across the Dealership to provide a seamless service to customers.
8. Ensure opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the most appropriate specialist.
What you’ll bring to the role:
1. A proven high level of customer service skills, and enjoyment in working with people.
2. Previous experience of working in customer service in an automotive setting.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters in understandable terms.
4. Able to take initiative and ownership of issues with a proactive can-do attitude.
5. Able to multi-task and switch between tasks whilst remaining organised.
6. A team player who offers help and support to others.
7. Willingness to learn and keep up to date with product and technical information.
8. A Can Do attitude.
