Outage Administrator Our client, one of the UK's leading energy providers, is looking for an Administrator to join one of its teams on-site at a Power Station in Hartlepool. (30-37 hours per week) Main Responsibilities: Support Outage reporting. Support department training requirements. Support Work Order Card printing. Support Work Order Card closure and archiving. Produce high quality meeting packs for board meetings at an Executive level. Operate as the department evaluator. Lead continuous improvement systems. Be a champion on-site for outage activities. Knowledge and Skills Required: Good IT literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, and Intranet management). Excellent verbal and written communications skills to support with the delivery of engaging messages to station staff. High volume administration experience (including systems/database administration). Ability to work without close supervision. Able to multitask, organise, and prioritise workloads, as well as meet strict deadlines. Attention to detail is a must together with comfort handling a wide range of data (including sensitive and personal information). A resourceful individual who is flexible in approach.
