Job Title:
Aircraft Technical Librarian
Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Technical Librarian to join our CAMO team, based in Hampton Wick. This role involves reviewing regulatory and OEM service documentation, processing them within One Air's CAMO software, and supporting the AMOS team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Review of regulatory websites for Airworthiness Directives applicable to the One Air fleet
* Review of OEM service documentation, including Service Bulletins and Modifications
* Review of the latest Boeing MPD information, including MPD and Taskcards
* Distribution of documents through AMOS and ongoing management of outstanding reviews
* Review subscriptions for correct access and renewals
* Weekly review of Service Documents to ensure proper assignment
* Supporting the Maintenance planning/AMP manager with administrative tasks
* Providing a weekly report on overdue Technical Assistance Queries in AMOS
* Managing ongoing revisions of released documents to ensure latest approved data is available
Continuous Improvement:
* Closely working with the Technical Records team to support increased workload
* Collaborating with Technical Services engineers and Maintenance control Engineer departments
* Contributing to continuous improvement across processes and systems
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in an aircraft Technical Librarian environment
* Knowledge or experience with AMOS
* Demonstrated flexibility, proactivity, and adaptability in previous roles
* Commitment to continued professional development
* Excellent computer literacy skills and proficiency in MS Office
* Strong administration and organisation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
