Overview
Join a well-established supplier of premium products for the KBB (Kitchen Bed Bathroom) and contract markets. Known for design excellence, quality and customer service, they are seeking a customer focussed Internal Account Manager to support inbound and outbound sales activities.
The role
Reporting to the Sales Director key responsibilities in this office-based role includes:
* Supporting external sales – handling enquiries via phone and email from new, existing or dormant customers and passing over sales enquires to external field sales team
* Proactive customer engagement – reaching out to potential clients and exploring opportunities
* Sales administration – assisting with order processing, quotations, helping prepare presentations and proposals, and other admin tasks
* Key account support - assisting the Sales Director to manage key accounts, keeping in good regular communication and ensuring accurate product listings and tracking performance
Candidate profile
* Experience in internal sales and sales administration with good commercial aptitude
* Experience with technically engineered products. KBB or interior products experience is a plus
* Comfortable in an office-based role, interacting via phone, MS teams and email
* Good communication, able to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams, identify and understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions
* Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
