My Client is a leading commercial waste company and due to continued growth plus the HUGE amount of leads their high performing telesales team are generating - they are looking to recruit a new BDM to cover part of their East Midlands territory.
Basic Starting Salary: £30,000 pa - hot your quarterly targets and this goes up £750 pa ongoing and uncapped.

This role is predominantly new business requiring door to door direct sales and upselling to existing customers, there will be elements of account management following contracts that you sign. After the initial bespoke training program; you will be required to hit quarterly targets based around the annualised revenue from contracts signed.
Door to door canvassing; business to business always presenting the company in a professional capacity, selling unique features and benefits of our services
Up sell waste and recycling solutions to existing customers
Completion of client site risk assessments and site audits
Handle all inbound enquiries assigned to you
Pre-qualify opportunities to ensure they meet 'business fit' and pass credit check
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities
Collation of accurate prospect information ensuring CRM is updated on a daily basis with the sales support team
Participation in regional networking events, showcasing the company's services to potential prospects
Completion of weekly KPI Sheet
Attendance and participation in fortnightly/monthly sales meetings
Booking appointments with target organisations key management personnel in order to present the companies proposition highlights features, advantages and benefits.
Cross sell additional services including; shredding, hazardous, nationals etc
Diary Management and priority planning
Respond to helpdesk queries within 24 hours
Assist Administration and Service Team with implementation of new services
Any other duties as reasonably requested by your Line Manager Perm Role: INDPERM
