Key Responsibilities:
* Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate staff members.
* Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
* Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
* Assist with client intake and processing legal documents.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Experience and Skills required for the Legal Receptionist role?
1. Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
