Located in the centre of Southchurch Road, the Exchange Bar & Kitchen has been serving the local community for 16 years and is known for its fun, friendly atmosphere and warm welcome. It is situated amongst the road’s boutiques and small businesses, just a short walk away from leafy Southchurch Park and the beach.
As an ambassador for our brand, this role will seeyou coveringduty manager shifts, supporting the management team with the creation of an inclusiveculture within the business and leading and developing the team to ensure thatthey offer excellent customer service at every opportunity.
