About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Psychology graduates to join a dynamic team at a specialised school in Birmingham. The school supports children and young adults with a variety of needs, including Autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, and other learning challenges.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students across various age groups (Early Years to Post-16).
Help students build essential life skills and achieve greater independence.
Play an active role in creating an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
This role offers invaluable experience for those looking to pursue a career in educational psychology, clinical psychology, counselling, or teaching.
Who We’re Looking For:
