Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and challenging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of all pupils.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, using data to inform planning and targeted interventions.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school’s commitment to excellence.
Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil achievement and well-being.
Participate in school-wide activities, events, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven experience teaching in a KS2 setting.
A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with staff, students, and parents.
A passion for education and a commitment to helping pupils achieve their full potential.
