4. Create original, high-quality content including posts, articles, images, and videos for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
5. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure content consistency and alignment with overall marketing campaigns.
6. Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
7. Engage with audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
8. Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and analyze data for insights and optimization opportunities.
9. Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to continuously improve social media presence.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Social Media Executive should have:
10. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
11. Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in a similar role or industry.
12. Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy tailored to different platforms and audiences.
13. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
14. Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) to measure performance and track KPIs.
15. Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
